Suzanne M. Lugano is a feisty artist hailing from the forests of New York that somehow found herself in the heated deserts of Las Vegas, NV. Suzanne started creating art as soon as she could hold a marker. Her mother wasn’t as impressed with her first work of art, titled “Carpet Monster”, as Suzanne was; her palette consisted of her brand new bedroom carpet! Suzanne has since moved on to other mediums & palettes. Working from miniature scales up to 80’ wall murals, and even the human body, Suzanne’s art is always fun & playful with a recycling message.
Fantasy always seems to play a pivotal role in her art and can be best viewed in her clay figurines. Fairies hold a very prominent place- usually front & center as only they would have it. She has found that once you let those pesky little buggers in, they just don’t leave! Happily, she shares her residence with them along with her husband Keith & her 3 dogs.
